Registration, Purchasing and Downloads
When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and address.
When you provide us with your personal information to place an order, arrange for delivery or return a purchase, you agree to our collecting and using it for that specific reason only.
If you pay us by credit or debit card, we use an external secure processor. We do not receive your credit card details.
If you pay via BACS we only receive the information the bank uses to identify the payment, such as a name and/or reference number.

Starting Conversations provides an opt-in newsletter, used to inform subscribers about products and services available to website users as well as news and blog posts that may be of interest. Website users can subscribe to receive these at their own discretion.
Email marketing campaigns may contain tracking facilities within the email. Which allows Starting Conversations to analyse the performance of emails (number of opens, links clicked etc) and improve our communications to subscribers.
How to Unsubscribe or Remove Your Personal Information
In compliance with the Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 subscribers may unsubscribe at any time through an automated system. This process is detailed at the footer of each email campaign. You can also notify us at email@example.com if you would like us to remove your details from our records.
If you would like to know what information we hold about you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you screenshots of what we have. You may ask at any time for these records to be removed.
